Our community is focused on bringing together individuals who are passionate about being a Lawyer Dad and are searching for a community. We organize events, share resources, and provide a platform for networking and collaboration.

Yes! We host a monthly series of live Zoom meetups designed to bring us all together, no matter where you are. 

We’re also planning local in-person meetups (coming soon) to take our connections offline. These gatherings will give you the chance to meet other Lawyer Dads in your area, share advice face-to-face, and strengthen the community on a more personal level.

Dad, Esq. is specifically designed for Lawyer Dads who are navigating the unique challenges of balancing a legal career with modern day fatherhood. While non-lawyers and moms in the legal profession face similar challenges, this community focuses on the distinct experiences, expectations, and struggles that dads encounter, such as societal pressures, fatherhood roles, and work-life balance strategies tailored to their perspective.

We believe in creating a space where Lawyer Dads can openly share, learn, and support one another. Non-lawyers and moms in the legal field deserve a similarly dedicated space to address their unique experiences, and we encourage and support those initiatives as well.
