Raising the baR in the age of ai

Our theme

What we're Looking for

What we're Looking for

Our theme this year is "Better Lawyers, Better Dads: Raising the Bar in the Age of AI."

Artificial intelligence is already reshaping how we practice law and how we raise our kids, often at the same time, in the same day, sometimes in the same hour.

This year's Summit explores what it means to use AI thoughtfully, both at work and at home: where it genuinely helps, where it falls short, and how working parents in the legal profession can stay grounded and present while everything around them moves faster.

We're now accepting proposals for keynotes, panels, workshops, fireside chats, and breakout sessions.

Whether you're a lawyer, coach, entrepreneur, professional expert, or thought leader with a message that resonates with our community, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're Looking for

What we're Looking for

We're seeking dynamic speakers, panelists, and facilitators who can share practical insights, inspiring stories, and strategies on topics like:

  • Using AI at work: efficiency, ethics, and risk in legal practice
  • Navigating AI as a parent: kids, screens, online safety, and misinformation
  • Balancing career and parenting in an AI-driven world
  • Mental health and wellness in an age of AI-driven overload
  • Time management and productivity: what AI tools can (and can't) do for working parents
  • Intentional parenting in a digital, AI-saturated age
  • Professional growth and leadership: adapting to AI in the legal industry
  • Building stronger relationships at home and in practice, even as AI reshapes both
  • Financial planning, health, and lifestyle: using AI tools wisely without over-relying on them

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us at info@dadesq.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Anyone with insight relevant to our community, lawyers, parenting experts, coaches, entrepreneurs, or thought leaders alike. You don't need to be a lawyer or a dad to speak, your content just needs to resonate with our audience.

Proposals are due by Thursday, September 10, 2026.

We're planning for two days, January 20-21, 2027, running 11am-3pm ET each day. Sessions may be keynotes, panels, workshops, fireside chats, or breakout sessions, depending on submission volume.

This is a volunteer opportunity. Selected speakers receive a free 2-day Summit pass (including swag), promotional exposure across the Dad, Esq. community, LinkedIn features, and inclusion in Summit materials.

Some sessions may qualify for CLE credit depending on content. We'll work with selected speakers whose sessions involve legal analysis, ethics, or practice-management topics to pursue accreditation.

After the submission deadline, your proposal will be reviewed by the Dad, Esq. Advisory Board. We'll follow up directly if we have any questions about your submission. Selected speakers will be notified by the end of September 2026.
